This film examines the invisible mental health challenges of anxiety that affect many young people and families, and explores what we can do about it.  Angst features interviews with young people, who have suffered from anxiety, and are willing to talk about their experiences. The film also highlights experts who offer help, resources and hope.  The purpose is to begin the conversation about anxiety and to normalize the conversation for kids and teens.

Angst is a film created by parents and educators who have a personal experience with anxiety. They believe that by watching this film together as a community we can raise awareness and start the conversation around anxiety.
