Fri­day Har­bor, WA … Get away for a beau­ti­ful fall week­end full of world-class doc­u­men­tary films, a vis­it by award-win­ning actors Katharine Ross and Sam Elliott, and a Soirée and Gala at the Fri­day Har­bor Film Fes­ti­val, Novem­ber 6 — 8.

The Fri­day Har­bor Film Fes­ti­val will fea­ture over 30 award-win­ning doc­u­men­taries and docu-dra­mas – includ­ing: The Hau­mana, The Hunt­ing Ground and Tracks. Films will high­light sto­ries of the Pacif­ic Rim, from Chile to Alas­ka. Now in its third year, the Film Fes­ti­val seeks to Enter­tain film-goers, Inspire them to get involved in issues that speak to them, and Enlight­en them to envi­ron­men­tal issues, social con­cerns, human­i­tar­i­an efforts and tales of grand adven­tures.

How to Get Tick­ets:

Admis­sion to films and events requires pur­chase of an All-Access Wrist­band or
a share­able Punch Card for 5, 10, or 15 films/events. Sep­a­rate tick­ets to the Film­mak­ers’ Soirée and Gala are avail­able for $75 each.  An All Access Wrist­band for only $150 allows one to attend both the Gala and Soiree plus as many films as desired all with pri­or­i­ty seat­ing. It’s a great deal!!

Punch cards do not include entry into the Film­mak­ers’ Soirée or Gala. Punch cards may be shared with fam­i­ly and friends. All Access Wrist­bands may not be shared.

  4. All punch cards and all access wrist­bands can be picked at the SJCT Box Office (Will Call) begin­ning on Novem­ber 1 or pri­or to the first film or event you attend.

Spe­cial Guests Katharine Ross and Sam Elliott
The Sec­ond Andrew V. McLa­glen Life­time Achieve­ment Award will be pre­sent­ed at the Open­ing Night Gala at the San Juan Com­mu­ni­ty The­atre on Fri­day, Novem­ber 6 to Katharine Ross and Sam Elliott, cel­e­brat­ing their out­stand­ing careers in the­atre, film and tele­vi­sion.

The Local Hero Award will also be pre­sent­ed at the Open­ing Night Gala on Fri­day, Novem­ber 6, rec­og­niz­ing Sam Buck’s long his­to­ry of out­stand­ing com­mu­ni­ty ser­vice.

The Open­ing Night Gala at the San Juan Com­mu­ni­ty The­atre will fea­ture live music, enter­tain­ment and pre­sen­ta­tion of the awards Local spon­sors will pro­vide a great selec­tion of food and bev­er­ages.
