Ghost Fish of the Wimahl — the Primordial Salmon and Steelhead Runs of the Columbia River (directed by David Saiget) highlights the ancient fish runs of the Pacific Northwest and Columbia River that are still with us today. But overfishing, dams, habitat destruction and pollution continue to take their toll. The salmon and steelhead of the Columbia River are relics of a past age but cannot survive unless the impacts of modern development and overfishing are curbed.
