What is a Filmmaker Host?
Every year, FHFF works to bring dozens of documentary filmmakers to Friday Harbor to share their work in person. The Filmmaker Host Program invites island community members to open a qualifying space in their home for a visiting filmmaker during festival weekend, helping FHFF welcome more filmmakers than ever before. It's a simple way to make a real difference for the storytellers behind this year's films.
